A Family Trip to Wasa Hotel-Mixed ExperiencesOur family of 14 recently visited Wasa Hotel, drawn by its promise of inclusivity and various activities. The location is indeed fantastic, offering easy access to skiing and hiking trails, perfect for adventure seekers. Upon our arrival, we encountered a significant issue-our reservation for 14 was not honored due to a lack of available rooms. Despite this setback, my children enjoyed playing table tennis in the common area, which provided moments of laughter amidst the chaos. While the cleaning staff displayed professionalism, and the bartenders were courteous, the overall experience was marred by cleanliness concerns, including an unfortunate discovery of a mouse in the kitchen late one night. Families should weigh these factors when considering their next trip.
